He is survived by: his daughters, Alison Kitagawa (Keith), Jenny Jordan (Edward) and Shirley Quan-Neang (Michael); his grandchildren, Randy Kitagawa (Heather), Nicole Smith (Nik), Ashley Jordan, Emily Jordan-Madrigal (Tanyx), Mikey and Kaitlin Neang; his great grandchildren, Naia, Shay Kitagawa and Bailey Smith; his brother Victor Quan (Shirley); and his pets, Shimmy, Barney and Aloha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Old North Church (6300 Forest Lawn Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068).
