He is survived by: his wife Akemi Yoshimitsu; his sons, Roy Akira Yoshimitsu (Li Mei) and Eric Masao Yoshimitsu (Shari Celena); his grandchildren, Dylan Hai, Carys Mei Yoshimitsu, Kaia Emi and Ean Masahiro Yoshimitsu; and his brothers, Walter Hirou and George Katsumi Yoshimitsu. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
