She is survived by: her husband Arthur H. Lewis of Lafayette, CO; her siblings, Martha Ann Vair (Gary) of Boulder, CO and Richard Bold of Virginia; her daughters, Sallie Lynn (Shawn), Laurie Tribken (Robert), Jennie Zink (Jon) and Cathie McGuire (Bill Galey); and her stepsons, Arthur Lewis (Joan) and Denny Lewis (Marie Lopez). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
