He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Phillips (Kirkpatrick). He is survived by: his children, Martha Ruth Moore (John) of Sloam Springs, AR, Timothy A. Phillips (Linda) of Franklin, TX, Mark PHillips of Summers, AR, Aaron Phillips (Tamara) of West Fork, AR and Paul PHillips (Paula) of Siloam Springs, AR. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
