He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Hernandez and Celia De La Cueva; his wife Ramona Hernandez Bañuelos; and his children, Olga Hernandez and Ramiro Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Jose Carlos Hernandez, Refugio Delgado, Leticia Hernandez Bañuelos, Maria E. Hernandez and Yolanda Hernandez. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
