He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Plovnick and Gladys Plovnick (Press). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline M. Bolen of California; his sister Josephine Plovnick Salloway; his brother-in-law Richard B. Salloway of Braintree; and his nephew Matthew Salloway of Manhattan.
