It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Tatar (Cupertino, California), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Tatar and Raffaela Tatar (Emanuele); his children, Zachary and Madison; and his siblings, Kathy, Lisa and Jon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins, and two grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in his name to Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (Institutional and Planned Giving Program).
