As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Guadalupe may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her husband Antonio Islas; and her children, Deanna Franco, Mark Islas, Andres Islas and Tony Islas. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Mortuary (5835 W Slauson Ave, Culver City, CA 90230). A rosary was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Risen Christ Chapel (5835 W Slauson Ave, Culver City, CA 90230). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery and Mortuary (5835 W Slauson Ave, Culver City, CA 90230).
