He is survived by: his mother Danielle Costick Petrie; his daughter Kristiana "Ana" Petrie; his former wife Katsue "Chico" Sunagawa; and his brother Matthew. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and many friends and coworkers.
