She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Shirley and Harriet Shirley; her former husband Edward Mario Bognuda; her stepmother Lee Shirley; and her stepsister Connie Ghisetti.

She is survived by: her children, Brian (Sandee), Gary (Marci), Kevin (Elisa) and Karen Argo (Scott); her grandchildren, Jamison, Ryan, Jennifer (Edgar), Drew (Holly) and Max; her great grandchildren, Malia and Klayden; her sister Barbara Slade; her nieces and nephews, Judy Bertain (John), Vicki Butler (Vaughn), Shari Doer, Troy and Darren Ghisetti; and her sister-in-law Livia Manfredda.
