“Your husband, your dad, your grandfather was a lot of things, a source of energy and learning to many souls. To me, he was a mentor, a boss, a fellow firefighter for many years, and a friend I wouldn't have known had it not been for the jobs we chose or fell into. You, his family, were ever the most important focus of his life, but he had abundance to share, which he did freely with those willing to listen and learn. HIs grasp of very complex physics was outstanding, as was his humanity.”
