She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Montgomery; her brother Julius Aubrey; and her daughter Shurina Tate. She is survived by: her husband Edward Tate; her siblings, Nancy Steele (Bert Steele), Susan Jim, Jim Richardson and Henry Aubrey; her daughter Carena Tate; her grandson Jeremiah Golden; and her nieces and nephews, Crystal, Lilly, Winona, Teesha, Sandra, Rebecca, Roxanne, Veronica, Breann, Sarah, James, Bert and Rocky Jr.. She is also survived by children and was a very devoted mother, and grandmother.
