He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Sea Rafferty; his daughter Leah Chaucer (Brian); his grandson Luke Chaucer; his siblings, Leonard LaFazio (Sue), Ardie Brownlow (Tim), Rick LaFazio (Mary) and Gary LaFazio (Cindy); and his nieces and nephews, Nick LaFazio (Kacia), Jeremy LaFazio (DeVen), Benjamin LaFazio (Sonja), Miranda Fugate (Chad), Kassi Brownlow, Brent LaFazio (Myriah), Jenna Lawson (Dexter), Coleman LaFazio, Kyle LaFazio, Samantha LaFazio and Wayne LaFazio. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
