He is survived by: his wife Sherry Whitney (LaFleur) of Covina, CA; his daughter Lisa Butinsky of Athol, MA; his grandson Brady Butinsky; and his siblings, Robert (Craig), Glenn (Jinky) of Temecula, CA, Jay (Cathy) of Westlake Village, CA, Linda Way of Hamden, CT, Sue Whitney of Belchertown, MA, Mary Jane Wagner (Paul) of San Gabriel, CA and Joyce Kapitulik (Joe) of Orange, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Heart Association, University of Southern California Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, or University of Southern California Department of Cardiology.
