"Dick" Fitzpatrick; her children, Brian, Bridget Salskov (Paul) and Katie Lytle (Buck); her grandchildren, Ciera Fitzpatrick, Erin Salskov, Casey and Kellie Fitzpatrick; her great grandchild Sophie Parker; and her siblings, Bob Cash and Mary Haradon.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Mary's School Foundation or to Good Samaritan Village.
