We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021, at the age of 87, Annette Kuo-Yen Chiu of Covina, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her brothers, Donald, Louis, Samuel and Robert; her husband Seymour Chiu; her children, Marcus, Tina, Debbie and Stanley; her grandchildren, Brandon, Chrissy, Aimee, Michal, Lauren, Delany, Zachary and Bonnie; and her great grandchildren, Irie, Thea and Naomi.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the US China Christian Institute (USCCI).
