It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Mefford (Cottonwood, California), who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Angela Silva Ober, Pamela Silva May and Michael Silva; and her brother Larry Patterson.
