He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Lea Vine; his children, Jodi (Mark Schlang), Joe (Heather Vine) and Jason (Melissa Vine); his grandchildren, Mason Joseph Schlang, Katelyn Reiss Schlang, Austin Jackson Schlang, Purna Ruth Vine and Everest Jaxie Vine; and his son Jack Howard Vine.
