He was predeceased by: his parents, Manual DaCosta and Mary V. Azevedo DaCosta; and his sister Nicoline DaCosta. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas J DaCosta (Bonnie) and Janeen M White (Paul); his grandchildren, Matthew, Hope DaCosta, Trent, Seth White, Gracie (Jason), Meggie (Cory) and Michael White; and his great grandchildren, Eddie, Evangeline Nielsen, Charlie, Graham and Bella Sichi.
