She is survived by: her spouse Gloria Birch; her nephews, Kevin Smith, Chris Smith and Steven Subotnick; her niece Tamara Subotnick Winer; her friend Rosemary Waller; and also, Zack Smith, Michael Smith, Jared Winer, Brittany Smith, Samantha Smith and Krista Smith.
