He was predeceased by: his sister Colleen Herz. He is survived by: his parents, George W. Herz and Julie A. Herz (Downey) of Westborough, Massachusetts.; and his siblings, George Herz, III (Laurie Nelson) of Sharon, MA and Emily Herz of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
