He is survived by: his wife Carole Omata; his daughters, Christine Loo (Herb) and Cathy Azama (David); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Connors Loo, Eric and Catlyn Azama; his sister Nancy Ota (Hiro); his nephew Doug Ota (Peggy); his niece Kari Langford (Mike); and his great-nieces, Taylor and Kendall Ota.
