He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Richards Kingaard and Rena Josephine Kingaard (Barham); and his siblings, Andrea Friedman (Kingaard) and Jon Kingaard. He is survived by: his son Alexander Kingaard; his granddaughter Harmony Kingaard; his sisters, Karen Kaenel (Kingaard), Alexa Kingaard, Ingrid Kingaard and Sherry Horen; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Holmes, Robert Horen, Christopher Horen, Matthew Kaenel, Erin Holmes, Kari Parker, Lisa Doezie, Alexandra Rey and Beth Wells (Laurie Johnson). He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
