He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Gladys Amy Duncan; his son Eagle Scout; his father Raymond Duncan; his wife Julianna Duncan; his children, Christopher M. Duncan (Damean) and Jamie A. Sandoval (Joshua); his grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy, Rylan Duncan, Jace, Jarron and Jaxen Sandoval; and his sister Lynn Zeuch. He was also cherished by several nephews and great nieces and nephews.
