He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foley and Theresa Foley; and his brothers, Edward and William Foley. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Sean Foley, Ann Bond, Tim Foley, Cary Gould, Ryan Foley and Brady Foley; and his sisters, Kathy Murray, Maureen McCloskey and Sharon Foley. He is also survived by grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (655 C Ave, Coronado, CA 92118).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to Casa de los Pobres USA – House of the Poor in Tijuana, a cause close to Kevin's heart.
