He is survived by: his daughter Jenny; his wife Mary Jane Hernandez; his children, Jeremy Hernandez (Nancie), Jeff Hernandez and Jennifer Leon (Gabe); his grandchildren, Landon, Brennen, Ryan, Sophie and Emma; his sister Rosie Verdusco (Hank); and his brother-in-law Sal Ramirez (Sylvia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
