She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Barker; her daughter Sherry Panatoni (Barker); her parents, Sam Markowitz and Ruth Markowitz; and her siblings, Donald, Paul Markowitz and Jacqueline "Kay" Markowitz Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Barker-Hatch (Hugh) of Eastvale, California; her sons-in-law, Joseph Panattoni, Brad Blankenship (Brenda) and Wayne Denniston (Linda); and her grandchildren, Joseph Panattoni II, Daniel Panattoni, Roger Denniston (Lindsey) and Crystal Hill (Justin). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
