He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicacio and Clara. He is survived by: his wife Maria Rosario; his siblings, Esther and Angel; his children, Monica, Ernie and Nancy; his children-in-law, Dale, Stacey and Cliff; his grandchildren, Dale, Jacob, Abigail, Mason, Alaina and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Bennett, Lucy and John.

A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Grimes - Akes Family Funeral Home Chapel (500 W 7th St, Corona, CA 92882).
