He is survived by: his son Cooper; his wife Susan DeWitt Palmer; his son Carl Douglas Palmer; his daughter-in-law Desiree Noelle Palmer; his grandson Cooper Douglas Palmer; his brother Jeffery Palmer; and his sister-in-law Cindy Palmer. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
