He is survived by: his wife Teresa (El Cerrito); his children, Kelly Lowery, Nicole Lowery and Bryan Lowery; his grandchildren, James and Katalina; his sisters, Sharon Kensinger (Lowery), Marla Wsiaki (Lowery) and Teresa Costa (Lowery); his aunt Alice Lowery; and his stepmother Charlotte Boyter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
