He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Harvey Farley and Lonnie Sirlene Frazier-Farley; his son Isaac Cantu, Jr.; his brothers, Raymond Frazier and Eddie James Farley; and his daughter Zenna Farley-Williams (Gary).
He is survived by: his former spouse Ira Jean Cantu; his wife Jean Farley; his daughters, Petra Cantu, Angela Cantu and Erika Farley-Jowers (Allen); his sister Elizabeth Meyers (Ronald); his grandchildren, Myke Cantu, Camesha Patton, Jalice Patton and Ezekiel Cantu; and his great grandchild Amris Rose Cantu. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
