He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie Oliver; his parents, Chester A. Oliver and Margaret Louise Oliver; and his sister Peggy McNaney. He is survived by: his children, Sue Bozman of Hammondsport, NY, Kathleen Oliver of Castle Hayne, Rosemary Bennett of Bath, NY and James J. Oliver of Corona, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
