He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore; his children, Will, Rob, Jeffrey, Brian and Dana; his sisters, Sharon, Kathy and Melody; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Matthew, Jennifer, Courtney, Megan, Cody, Callie, Jessica, Trip, Tyler, Mickey of Eli, JJ, Ari, Briana, Hudson, Ian, Ethan, Violet and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Grace, Odin, Clayton, Noah, Brian, Levi, Darwin Layla, Jackson, River Tate, Micah and Arden.
Billy asked that any in lieu of flowers please make a donation to either the Wounded Warrior Project or the American Cancer Society.
