With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jo Hitchner (Corona del Mar, California), born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on March 7, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Vance and Mary Edna Willhite; her husband Alton J. Hitchner, Jr.; her children, Joseph Mark Hitchner and Jill Ann Picone; and her grandson John Nicholas Picone.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
