He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Plummer and Margaret "Peg" Plummer; and his sister Teresa Ittner. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kelsey Plummer; his children, Kristian and Kathryn (Michael Boden); and his granddaughter Arlo.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kevin's honor to Starlings Volleyball, USA, a group that held a special place in his heart for their positive impact on the lives of at-risk girls through the sport of volleyball.
