He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Liang-Shen Yu and S. C. Yu; his son Perry (Jane); his wife Evelyn Wu; his brother David; his children, Caroline (Matt) and Phil (Sam); and his grandchildren, Conrad, Scarlett, Alexandra, Kennedy, Lauren, Taylor and Chandler.
