He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Joyce Anderson. He is survived by: his father Authur Perry Welch; his siblings, Arthur, Leonard, Nicholas and Margi; his stepsiblings, James and Jessica; and his granddaughters, Rachelle and Heather. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
