She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hardy and Cora Hardy; her siblings, Jessie "Jake" Meents and Lee Hardy; her husband Norman "Bud" Mattoon; her daughter-in-law Linda Taylor; and her stepdaughter Marilyn Dantche.
She is survived by: her former husband Theodore "Ted" Taylor; her sons, Daniel L. "Danny" Taylor and David S. Taylor (Kathy) of Phoenix; her mother-in-law Hattie; her grandchildren, Clifton Taylor (Isabel) of Truckee, Marti Taylor (Leilani) of Roseville, Larry Taylor (Tammi) of Chico and Kristine Ekstrom of St. Helens, Oregon.; her great grandchildren, Camilla Taylor, Amelia Taylor, Lyla Taylor, Colin Taylor, Theo Taylor, Austyn Ekstrom, Bryant Ekstrom and Jaycob Sundeen; and her sister Donna Morris of Corning.
Hattie and her sorority sisters worked tirelessly for many years on service projects donating time, money, and efforts to better the community.
