He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Babb of Miner's Inn; his daughter-in-law Julianne Babb (William); and his children, Edward Babb (Margit) of Folsom, CA, Thomas Babb (Jan) of Dixon, CA, Lori Ann Pitts (Jeff) of Chico, CA and Joseph Babb (Rebecca) of Purcellville, VA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
