He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles Merrill and Marjorie Louise Seaton; his former wife Crystal Rae Merrill; and his brother Stephen Merrill. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Merrill of Corning, CA; his children, Michael Merrill (Rabbi Greg Kanter) and Donna (Gary Cooper); and his grandchildren, Kristen, Brandon Sharp, Gregory, Stephanie Cooper, Emily and Alayna Merrill. He is also survived by Great grandchildren.
