He was predeceased by: his parents, Arsenio and Maria Aguilar Hijosa; and his siblings, Lydia, Gualberto, Dante and Ernesto.
He is survived by: his siblings, Corazon, Patria, Leticia and Serafin; his wife Virginia Maniti Hijosa; his children, Shereelyn, Edwin, Ronald Anna (Kristina), Anna Liza (Rodney), Rein (Athena) and Vernon Joy; and his grandchildren, Roderick, Ryan, Aidan, Rachel, Nadia, Kirsten, Gabrielle, Roman, Rylan James, Skylar and Chloe.
