She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Reeves Riggs Jr. and Muriel Snow; her brother Reeves (Evie); her husband Darrell Jay Westover; and her children, Barta Vee, Darrell Kirk, Kim Riggs, Gale Kay, Paul Arnon, Layne Dee, Evie Jill, Austria, Germany and Bolivia. She was also cherished by 7 children, 34 grandchildren, 91 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
Evie's mother was handicapped by Parkinson's disease, and her family struggled financially.
