She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Crockett and Helen Crockett (Siddall); her husband Robert Hotchkiss, Jr.; her children, Thomas Forbes, Robert Hotchkiss III and David Hotchkiss; her sisters, Olive "Jonna" Sabroff, Leona Hiley and Helen Crockett; her grandchildren, Benjamin Hotchkiss and Heidi Hotchkiss; her sister Sonja Harrelson; and her granddaughter Avery Hotchkiss. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions in Joan's memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
