He was predeceased by: his brother Stanley Lowell (Diane). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Heidi Spiller (Dennis), Rick Lowell (Katie) and Gretchen Kimmel (Billy); his grandchildren, Michael (Angela), Robert (Sarah), Andrew (Brandi), Paige, Lindsey, Margaret, Brittany, Michelle and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Maddox, Hannah and Margaret. He is also survived by three nieces and five nephews.
