He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles Whitcomb Tuttle, Sr.; his grandmother Retterath; his wife Frances Elizabeth Lowe (Betsy); his sister Sue Tuttle Noack (Kenneth); and his daughters, Catherine Ottmar (David) of Albuquerque, Carole Fruechtl (Fritz) of Dayton, Nevada and Cynthia Sanderson (Stephen) of Colusa. He was also cherished by grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren and many friends.
