As Joseph departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joseph leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Halder and Rose Halder; his brothers, Ron and Bob; and his significant other Katherine Grode of Erie, PA. He was also cherished by his wife, was proud of his children, his eleven grandchildren & nine great-grandchildren.
In 2019, with the onset of Alzheimer's they moved to Winchester, Ca. where Joe relaxed and looked back fondly on his memories until his passing on December 30, 2024.
