He was predeceased by: his parents, Melicia Dela Cruz and David Tejada. He is survived by: his wife Amelia; and his children, John Joseph and Mary Christiane Grace.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
