He is survived by: his children, Daniel Tong of Foresthill, Dianna Tong Osborne of Newcastle, Hal Tong of Patterson and Cynthia Tong Queen of Foresthill; and his wife Joyce Davenport Tong. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
