He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Richardson and Altha Richardson; his siblings, Ray Jr. and Marlene; and his son-in-law Randy Piepkorn.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene; and his children, Rob Richardson, Sherry Piepkorn and Gail Filipe (Gerard). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

“Dear Charlene, we are so sad to learn of Orens passing. Even though we are far away we think of you often, with a smile. The exception to this is when Oren insisted on giving me a wet willy. It drove me crazy. All he did for the Elks and others will long be remembered by so many people. My surgery on March 11 will prevent Tom and I from attending the Memorial.
