She was predeceased by: her parents, James Armstrong and Mamie Armstrong; her husband Hurk Bullard; her daughter Judy Bullard; her siblings, James Armstrong and Helen Plemmons; and her granddaughter Denise Collins.
She is survived by: her son Keith Bullard (Carolyn) of Bella Vista; and her grandchildren, Kelly Greer (Tony) of Bentonville and Bryan Bullard of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
